Attorney Elaine R. Pulgini has been with the Law Offices of Joseph J. Pulgini, P.C., since receiving her Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law in 1983. She earned her Bachelors Degree from Suffolk University in 1980. She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the Massachusetts Federal Bar. Elaine specializes in Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability Claims. For over twenty-five years, her focus has been on representing injured employees and disabled workers. She is a former Law Clerk for Administrative Law Judges of both the Department of Industrial Accidents and the Social Security Administration. She is an active member of the Labor Guild.
