Gerald Tutor, Esquire, is Of-Counsel to the Law Office of Joseph J. Puligni, P.C. He specializes in civil litigation, representing plaintiffs in accident cases. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan (1969) and Boston College Law School (1974). He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the National Organization of Trial Attorneys, the American Association of Justice. He has handled numerous construction accident cases, including many accident cases on the "Big Dig" construction project in Boston. He also handles other personal injury matters, including products liability, medical malpractice, automobile, and premesis liability.
