Attorney Joseph J. Pulgini, was appointed Commissioner of the Massachusetts Industrial Accident Board in 1962, and served in that position for over fifteen years. He was also a member of the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Board, where he represented the interests of permanently disabled employees. Attorney Pulgini subsequently opened his own law practice, the Law Offices of Joseph J. Pulgini, P.C., and has specialized in representing injured workers before the Department of Industrial Accidents. Attorney Pulgini is a member of The Massachusetts Bar and Massachusetts Federal Bar. He has been politically active for many years. He served as Chief of Staff for Lieutenant Governor Edward F. McLaughlin, Jr. during the Volpe Administration, and was also apppointed a Master of the Chancery during the Furcolo Administration. He currently serves as a Trustee of the New England School of Law. |
